This convention was prompted by the Lord in 1986 when the Primate and some members of the congregation were observing 3:00 pm prayer in the church's then uncompleted building. Since then, the convention has been held annually and attracts church members and attendees from all over the world.

A program of seven days duration with intensive prayer, revivals, fasting and complete dedication to the service of God, it is marked by marvellous signs, wonders and guidance by the Holy Spirit. Indeed, all participants at the convention go back home with miracles and testimonies to the greatness of the Lord.
